VITO 30 Oil Filter System

VITO®30 is suitable for all establishments working with up to 3 fryers, each with max. 12 l volume.

With VITO® 30, you will reduce your oil demand up to 50 %.
You will keep your frying medium in an optimal condition by filtering out carbonized particles, micro particles and suspended sediments. This improves the taste and quality of the fried products.

The filtration takes about four and a half minutes and runs fully automatically.
So you can finish other tasks in the kitchen during the filtration.
